What is the estimated processing time?
All orders placed before noon (NZST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after noon will be processed the following workday (Mon-Fri).
Note: We do not process orders on public holidays.
Your order will then be picked and packed ready for our carrier to collect.
Average processing time: 1-2 working days
How can I track my package?
Your order will automatically be assigned a tracking number once it has been fulfilled. A tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Standard Shipping: To track your items please click here and enter the tracking number provided in your confirmation order email.
Expressed Shipping International: To track your items please click here and enter the tracking number provided in your confirmation order email.

Delivery times are in working days (Mon-Fri). We do not process/deliver orders over the weekends (NZST).
All prices are in their perspective countries currency.
For all International express orders we use DHL. Standard Shipping international is delivered via New Zealand Post. All shipping methods include tracking. However, Standard Shipping for international orders only tracks your parcel up until it reaches the local depot.
Do I have to pay for custom duties and taxes for my order?
For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.
Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods.
Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non collection from Depot will result in a return of your original order amount less $60NZD to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs.
